I love this gel. It has really helped my energy levels during my runs. It doesn't upset my gut which is a huge plus. I also appreciate the consistency and texture of it. It’s not too thick but not too watery. My friend thought it was on the sweet side, but I thought it was good. I’ve liked the other flavors too.
