Infinity Hoop™

I have been looking at this product for over a year now and finally bought it. When I went to order it the deal advertised was the infinity hoop and 2 free items to be selected at check out. At check out, the only options given were the waist trainers. I thought it was odd but ordered two sizes; one to wear and one to lose weight for. I only recieved the smaller size. I emailed customer support and their reply told me that there must’ve been a glitch at checkout, I should’ve only gotten one waist trainer, and the matter was closed, despite my reciept having two waist trainers. So now I am stuck with a waist trainer that does not fit, they didn’t offer to make sure that I got some other second free gift and overall left me feeling like maybe this is a shady company with horrid customer service. We all know you pay for those “free” gifts in the original item price and I did not get what was advertised or paid for. Bottom line- not ok, shady business practice.

My order was processed fast and delivered quickly. I have been enjoying this product every day since I got it

I love this !! Its hard to keepit going!! I just have to keep practicing and I will!!
