The belt is super comfortable and does a great job keeping the bouncing to a minimum. I use a 500 ml hydrapak flash that I already had which I prefer over the larger flask it comes with. The velcro on the adjustable strap is a bit small so I added more which allows me to tighten the belt down farther when needed. That might just be a user issue though as I got a size too big and only realized it after my first run with it which meant it couldn't be exchanged so added the additional velcro probably isn't needed for everyone. I don't like how the cell phone/wallet/keys storage area is right up against the water bottle pocket but I also don't know where you could put it with the rest of the design the way it is. All in all the belt is awesome and it has replaced my running vest for all my runs except for ones with long stretches between water refill opportunities or when additional layers/emergency supplies are required.

LF 2L
For a long time, I didn’t run any distances longer than ~10 km. One reason was that it seemed too complicated to bring the water and snacks required for longer runs. The LF 2L belt changed that, and now I love going on 20+ km runs. It has space for everything I need, and I barely notice it while I run. On top of that, it seems to be top-notch quality.

LF 2L Review From Type 1 Diabetic
The belt is awesome. Only points of contention and future concern is the ease of access for the water flask while trail running (not a huge concern as I know this can be the reality of belt vs a vest) and then I wonder what the lifetime of the velcro is on the tightening system. Again no issues with that now as I haven't had the belt super long.
All being said, I love the belt. I'm type 1 diabetic, and it stores my insulin pump, phone, and nutrition super well.
