Infinity Flow™

Disappointed with the Infinity Flow Device Unfortunately, this product did not meet my expectations, especially considering how much I spent on it. It took almost a month to arrive, and the tracking information was inaccurate and not helpful throughout the shipping process. After finally receiving the device, I was even more disappointed with its performance. It is not nearly as powerful as I expected for a product at this price point. For the amount of money I paid, I expected much better performance, more reliable shipping, and accurate tracking. Overall, I do not feel the quality or performance justifies the cost, and I’m disappointed with the entire experience.

A mild massage tool at best. Do not waste your money. 1) not an infinity hoop branded item 2) does not look like the picture 3) does not work as advertised - meaning is does not create a contracting feeling in the abdomen. I first plugged it in to fully charge before using. After charging, I immediately went to the “highest” setting because the other 3 felt like merely a suggestion. The pulse settings are equally weak. I’m convinced the sale is their way of making us fall for a highly advertised, cheap product. Buyer beware.

Have it a 1 star because I could t make it no stars. Should’ve read the comments before purchasing. Took over a month to receive the product only to receive some knock-off “Infinity Flow”device. Totally disappointed. I did receive the actual Infinity Hoop, so I guess that’s a plus. Customer Service was absolutely no help in answering any inquires, just wanted a review on their service which is absolutely unsatisfactory. Don’t purchase.
