I reached out to the brand, and their customer service was exceptional, they investigated the issue immediately and kindly sent me a replacement along with a complimentary Lip Liner. The packaging is absolutely stunning and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciate the inclusion of braille on the product, it’s such an important detail that shows a real commitment to accessibility and inclusivity. I’m really impressed with both the brand values and the way they treat their customers.
