This is my absolute favorite coffee. I gifted it to friends for Christmas and they all complemented it as well. This is one that is amazing as black coffee and with cream.

I have been a big fan of a certain coffee company in Houston for more than 10 years. Then these guys show up at a holiday market and being the polite person I am, I tried their Sumatra sample (as that is my 'usual.') As good as it was, I already had plenty at home. But the guys were just so nice and very, very knowledgeable about their craft that I wanted to give them a try. So, when my stash was running low, I ordered their samplers. (Very fast delivery service,) I have three favorites so far: Interstellar, Meco (decaf), and ??? (all those space names get confusing (to me.) These guys are talented, connoisseurs of coffee. Smooth, delicious, with such subtle notes of flavors that you will quit gulping your coffee and slow down enough to close your eyes and truly enjoy the complexity of your coffee.
