These guys made a real difference to my day - and only through their professional generosity. I ordered the wrong sized tag and on receipt of it I questioned the size I received and they simply said “no problem just choose another size and we’ll just send you another for free”. They didn’t have to do that. 10/10.

I'm very impressed with my dog Waffles new name tag, its very professionally made, nice and heavy so you can tell its real metal. I got the 30mm and it's a great size. The details are so clear and would be easy to read by strangers if Waffles ever runs away. It also arrived just a few days after I ordered!
