I made the most common of mistakes and kinked my first line set. The second line set was delivered quickly and after inserting the line bending inserts that come with the DELLA install kit everything was perfect. Using a 10' line set allowed my install to be free of any excess line needing to be curly up and stored behind the unit. As always, everything from Della is top notch installs easy and hopefully will last a long time.

Ordered 33 foot extension kit. I spoke with a representative over the phone prior to ordering to make sure I had the correct kit, and was assured that the 33 foot kit could extend the system by, 33 feet! There are TWO lines from the head unit to the compressor. I was given bad information. The kit contained TWO 16 foot lines, NOT two 33 foot lines. I was 16 feet short. In the end, I bought my own pipe and built my own. I'm very disappointed.
