Order missed 48hr delivery promise, without any communication - we had to contact after a few day's grace. Customer service initially said product out of stock despite continuing to show availability on the website. Replacement suggested, then a statement that the original product was available was made. Due to need for rapid delivery in advance of holiday, request was made for cancellation unless delivery could be achieved or address could be changed. Order delivered weeks after initial promise to neighbour despite no longer being wanted. Product delivered was not as advertised. Return for product that missed was expected to be at our expense. In summary, this could not have been a worse customer experience. Promises were made but not met. Communication was absent until requested then was inconsistent. No offer of restitution was made for any of these matters, and at the end of the process, we have a sub-standard product that we no longer want or need.
