Nice shoes, bad delivery service

I like the shoes, and they fit well. However, the delivery service GLS notified me that the shoes had arrived on July 13th, which wasn't the case. Instead, the package arrived a week later—without any explanation as to why it was delayed. I wish you would work with a different delivery service.

Wide and soft, a bit too high in the back

I love how soft this is, and the size is good (nice and wide in the front). I only remove one star because, as others have also said, it's a bit too high in the back which leads to rubbing and blisters. Hopefully they will go away with use. For my specific feet, the shoe is also a little bit too wide in the back (perfect in the front). I wish it came in black!
