I have an abnormally large garage door that is extra heavy for my area. And they did not ship the product until they could confirm the product was correct and not a incorrect purchase which I actually appreciated. They contacted me by phone and confirmed the part number that was on the garage door. I felt like that was going above and beyond what you see out in the market today as far as customer service goes.

Im not the type to return items I ordered, but am the type to judge a vendor on whether or not they offer a return policy. Which im sure this vendor does. However, after having Tyler from this company reach out to me. Asking for a review of the product 1-5 stars. Before I did so, I explained to him my situation. Which im sure was well with the return time frame amd he never responded. So he contacted me for a review, bit when I responded with a potential return, he never replied back. My review is solely based on customer service. Product is still sitting in its original package, untouched. Thanks for the help Tyler.

Our garage door broke unexpectedly. Our house is only 4.5 years old and we never thought the garage door spring would go. Most of our local repair places wouldn't repair Tourque Master systems. I was able to take the spring down on my own and figure out how to repair it. I am a moderate DIYer. It's a reasonable project and probably saved me at least $500 to do it myself. The instructions were even in the shipping box so I didn't need to look them up. Great job!
