I have the Julbo Vermont Classics and I love them, but it can get frustraing in conditions where I need to take them off a lot and put them on repeatdly, or wearing helmets, head coverings tbat go over the ears. Or not being able to just slide them up and put them on my head. So I saw these and grabbed a pair, I just got them and they are amazing. I have a big head so the large lenses are fantastic, very comfortable and the blinders on the side are a lot smaller than the Vermont Classics so I don’t feel as narrowed down in my peripheral vision.

Love The Style...That's About It

"I really love the style of these, but I have to admit I'm pretty disappointed with the overall quality. For $80—and that was on a sale price—they just feel incredibly cheap and are some of the flimsiest glasses I have ever owned. I opted out of polarization because I didn't care for the available colors, but I expected better construction at this price point. The 'Grip Tech Temples' are also a letdown. Instead of actual rubber pieces at the temples, it feels like just a slightly grippy coating over the entire frame. Because of this, they don't stay secure on my head or on a hat, and I definitely wouldn't trust them for any physical activity. The only reason I'm not sending them back is to avoid dealing with the restock fees and return shipping. On a positive note, I do want to say that Julbo's customer support is fantastic. Whether it's an AI or a real person, the team is incredibly responsive and accommodating!"

Awesome pair of shades.

Wow, I have looks for years and always wondered about Julbos. I am not an alpine climber but, always loved the idea of climbing and being out in the thick of things. I just never liked the idea of freezing or dying on a mountain somewhere. However I have always love Julbo glasses. I saw these and knew they looked awesome. I without hesitation bought them. I should have bought 2 pairs the bad decision maker in my life ( my wife) who always says no to the cool stuff I like. Actually was like great looking glasses. Did get 2 pairs? I was like no but should have. They fit great, are comfortable, and look awesome. Plus no I guess I need to do cool stuff like climb Everest. Yeah probably not. At least I got great shades with fast delivery. I know I will enjoy these for a long time to come. I wish that the lens could be prescription. Maybe now I’m wandering into a tool box I’m not qualified to be in. Thank you for making timeless iconic glasses. Will buy another pair or two, especially if I can get the prescription lens.
