Great toy and service, shame about the packaging!

I haven’t gifted this yet but it looks great and it arrived promptly. I knocked off a star because, like similar products I’ve ordered from this company, the packaging, including the box that contains the toy, was damaged. Battered packaging makes the toy look second hand - not a good look, especially when gifting to an older child. Please can the protection for your parcels be improved? 🙏🏼

Very happy with purchase.......eventually! The first FlutterFly had to be returned as it wasn't working when it was opened at Christmas. However, the customer service was excellent! After sending photos and a video of the toy not working as it should, I was sent a new one which is working perfectly, and is very much enjoyed. Thank you!
