Interferential TENS & EMS Machine

AMAZING!

Rather dubiously bought this device after having had interferential treatment from a physio. The physio was £50 a session and it is sometimes hard for me to take time off work so I figured this might be a good maintenance option. The IF is just that, much milder obviously than a professional machine, but ok. The RUSS though is wonderful - absolutely love it and it is very good for all sorts of stiff and achy parts of my body. I haven’t tried the TENS yet as I’m not in any real pain, nor the EMS. I just love the RUSS and most evening put it on whilst I watch some telly. Back feels much more free and relaxed. Highly recommend.
