It is being over two months now and I don't have my product or a refund. I have sent several emails and I keep getting a response, you will get credit and nothing. This is completely unacceptable, and I can't believe the service. Please, please just get my refund as soon as possible. I am looking into legal advice.

It works good. It just came in a plain cardboard box.. it's not fancy copper attachments like they show in the picture. For the price I paid it works very well. And I'm impressed.
