I love this already, and customer servive are super quick and so nice. Im having to buy one of the batteriets online (for the little torch like device), but it’s rechargeable so think its ok once I get it!

I am using it primarily on my right shoulder and arm which have been very sore for quite awhile ………. So far, thee weeks in, I m kind of disappointed as I m not getting as much ease as I had hoped. But I am going to give it more time.

Very happy with the support team at Solis. My items were delivered to Switzerland with a UK plug and they then organized for a swiss plug to be sent to me. Also the battery in the flashlight was missing ( not allowed to send due to restrictions) and they also reimbursed the one I then ordered locally. No hassle so that is very much appreciated.
