I love this set. I just harvested a batch of broccoli sprouts. I started the first soak with the fine screen, then I changed it out for the medium hole screen and I did my final rinse with the largest coarse screen. With the coarse screen, the hulls came out and the sprouts stayed inside the jar. Excellent.
