Only thing i dislike is the price, but they did give a discount and a month of free service. I still wish i could have just bought the part though and fixed it myself as it was a simple issue it appeared, but im sure they have reasons not to do that, like people who fail and complain or do it wrong creating a safety issue they will blame tonal for.
