Entity Glue 5mL

First I love this glue My client’s retention with this was magnificent. Sadly the customer service for slashes has been on the more difficult side.. when I placed an order for the glue I was hoping to have it within the week (as I honestly live in the same state as this company.) when I didn’t receive the product and was heading into 2 weeks i decided to contact them, it took me contacting them twice for them to reply & tell me that my products were lost and she would not only add the original products I bought but would also give me an additional bottle, tray, and some bonder to make up for it. I then also had to contact her again a week later for my products. when I did finally Receive my order it didn’t have the promised extra bottle, tray or bonder just the original products I ordered. I wish the customer service was better as for I was already hesitant buying from the company when hearing other lash artists and past clients of hers tell me how unreliable she is

the BEST glue i’ve used, keeps my retention so bomb i have clients coming back for 3 week fills and they still look good!!!
