My favourite roasters in all of Canada so far I must say! I always look forward to a cup of self care in the form of a delicious pour over and feel transported and enveloped in the flavour experience every time I crack a bean smell in the aromas through out the brewing process. Love the different ways of thinking about marketing, waste reduction and coffee in general! So grateful for the generosity and knowledge of the crew at No6.
