Terrible customer experience. Given multiple different delivery time frames and it still didn’t come when scheduled. It then didn’t get delivered to the recipient and had to be picked up from a depot. Then the actual brownie was in a state, the sprinkles weren’t set and were instead gathered around the edges of the box. The greeting letters were wonky and jumbled. Really embarrassing as it was a surprise birthday treat. Extremely poor for a $60 brownie.

Great Service
