Great well rounded formula
I am female but had been taking a few of these supplements individually for a year, it’s nice to find everything all in one and good quality as well. Sometimes when taking individual a product I was using wasn’t available and I would sub a not as good brand and I could feel quality was not the same. With this product I always feel great! Thanks
