We ordered two copies of the same photobook. The online platform was okay to use. There’s plenty of layouts to choose from and the templates were decent however when I tried to swap the template on a design it resulted in all sorts of issues. Customisation options were limited - it would be good to have a lay-flat option, other sizes and materials to choose from. Regarding the product - quality is generally pretty good. The paper is nice and thick and the quality of the prints is great. Unfortunately because it’s not a lay flat design some of the images get obscured towards the centre of the page. The spine of the book also seems a little flimsy. My biggest issue with the final product though is the font cover. The two books that I ordered were the same - unfortunately though, the print on the front cover of one of the books is not straight - its not hugely skewed but for someone like my (an engineer) its very noticeable. Would I order another book through Momento? Probably not.
