Disappointed. I’m sending it back. It’s nothing more than vibrations with a sharp zing from the “wave”.

Daily use before bed does relax my neck a bit. I have only given 3 stars because I'm not sure if this is any more than a vibrating cushion with a little heat added. That would be fine if there weren't plenty of these available for much less money and this one claims to be more advanced than them. I feel I may have fallen for the info on their advertising.

They lie about the product. It does not do what ghey claim it would do. Also they will not full refund, they will deduct processing and other fees. Do not waste your time and money on this junk
