We are thrilled with our fire pit and bbq plates. This company keeps you up to date regarding delivery, any delays and responds to emails within a couple of hours. The fathers day promotion was an especially good one and delivery was delayed because of the number of orders. Cassandra was wonderful in keeping in touch regarding delivery time. What a briliant customer service that they provide. We were remote and on a really tight time line and this was managed brilliantly by the customer service team. The pit arrived to a remote NT post office before the scheduled delivery date, what else can I say but thank you.
