Wrong advertising

Your product is very nice , but your customer service isn’t, I place a order and a mainly reason I chose this bundle was because a wood box wish i thought was part of the advertising packages ( bundle shows a pic of the box) was the reason I chose the more expensive package and when I contacted you, your response was the box is optional but if you don’t want it just return it instead of trying to find a solution to keep the customer happy for future purchases. I am not asking for anything for free, I was willing to pay, but your response was to return the product.

My husband loves it!

I bought the entire kit. The box is gorgeous and classy. I bought all of the smoke flavors. We are experimenting with a lot of drinks and it’s a lot of fun
