Instaprobe Core
Used my new IC now twice, and must say.... Best thermometer I've used so far! Doubting to buy the meat probes now also.. :)

Good
Build Quality seems great, weighs quite a bit. Feels good in hand. I would've liked the Probe to be a bit longer or maybe extendable. But most probes are comparable length wise. Fast and accurate measuring. The strong (neodymium?) magnet holds the InstaProbe Core very safely on the fridge. For the price (got it for ~40€) you get something that actually feels worth it.
Quickly measuring oil temps for deep fry or the inside of roast meat is super easy and fast.
