Nice product but some problems.

Hello, I think very good. Because I use it to turn on water heaters. I am electrician and I use some sonoff switches and some power reays so far to my customers. Now I saw this products and I tested it in my house. I have some problems but it's OK till now. When I turn it on and my water heater I working the smart switch seems offline at the ewelink app and when I turn it off it's back online. Also I can't see on smarthings the consumption because I have connect it with matter and synchroniz with ewelink. I would like some feedback please.
