Sleep better

I have used the sleep patches for a week and it helps me to fall asleep faster, I wake up 1 or 2 times but can back to sleep again.

It does help me sleep.

Patches are a tad fiddly to remove, maybe a little tab to help here plz,..?? Once off, they stayed stuck on no problem, some nights i slept thru fine, other times i was restless....i think their success depends on how tired you are iniatially, but generally i like these patches, 😀👍💤💤💤
