PS5 Dual Sense Wireless Controller

I accidentally ordered for in-store pickup, hit them up on instagram the following day explaining my mistake and offered to pay for shipping if they could do that. They responded right away, very friendly and professional, set up the shipping label very quickly, and even covered the shipping cost for me! It arrived sooner than expected, in perfect working order. I couldn't be happier, and I'll be coming back for my next console purchase!
