I am not a huge tea drinker but ordered this to help with replenishing nutrients & minerals and for overall body support. I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing it tastes!! I did 2 tbsp of herbs mixed with 32oz of water. I also added a bit of honey. I’m excited to continue drinking this! I actually WANT to drink it rather than feeling like I’m forcing myself to. Great blend!!
