If by sparkle you mean 'burn', then I guess your mouth sparkles? Flavor isn't amazing, but isn't terrible. Disappointed with how very little it helps my dry mouth. The burn gets worse as you move up the ratings, which of course makes your mouth water more. But there is no long lasting effect and it's not like it leaves your mouth hydrated as glycerin might.

The taste was sweet but not overly sweet. My mouth went wet very fast and my husband loved it.
