Performes its function as a rain/snow shelter just fine. It arrived with some sort of white dust stuck to the clear plastic which I was able to rub off with some Windex and a towel but still seems to be some residue that won’t come off. Also, it was very wrinkled, but it’s very easy to put on very intuitive and works well
