Still only a few weeks in, so I have no real data on this, except to say, it makes me feel good just by virtue of taking it. Lol! Mixes into anything really well and as with the rest of their products comes in nice packaging.

Into my 2nd month, it's easily fitted into my routine, it dissolves quickly & subscription time is perfect. I do feel its helped with fatigue, looking forward to seeing whatever it offers
