Love this product

Have just orderd my second pouch as it is clearly helping me: Lift heavier weights and do more reps at gym Have a clearer head (no middle aged brain fog) Easy to take every morning as part of my routine.

Brilliant creatine!

Really impressed with this product! I pop it in my morning cup of tea and I can barely taste it! I also put true collagen in and together I still can’t taste either. It dissolves so well! I’ve been taking it for about 6 weeks now and have noticed a massive difference in my focus - I have 3 young children the youngest 18 months so the brain fog is a real problem for me but this creatine has helped massively! I’ve also been able to up my weights at the gym and I haven’t gained any weight on the scales! ( I know that’s a common misconception with creatine). Very happy with this product!

True Creatine

Love it as i do alot of walking and do the gym twice 💪 a week it really has help with muscle recovery I have no aches and pains which is great , feel so much better for taking it every day highly recommend it.
