The sports bra itself seems to have decent material, but I think I ordered a size too big. When I wore it for my workout, my chest actually flopped out of it when I was doing jumping jacks which is super annoying. I didn’t expect there to be so much room in there considering my bust size, but I think because my waist is still smaller, I just don’t fill it out properly enough for it to be a cardio sports bra for me. I will have to use it as a low impact bra instead, which in my lower body strength workout, I didn’t have the same issue, so that’s good.
