Helpful throughout the day

Easy to use and better than taking a tablet. I find they help with staying on track and clarity. However if I'm super tired and exhausted I should probably give them a miss that day as they don't overcome that feeling, at least with the number and the way I've been using them (generally one focus type with an energy type also)

I was able to get so much done with these stickers. I kinda forgot I had it on and was thinking why am I being so productive today. I will be trying all of them

loved my patches

I have purchased these patches and the sleep and energy ones. I have been taking them all. My days have been fantastic but it's kinda hard to tell which one is working best, but what matter is that I have been feeling much better
