I think the patches work well, I don't get a massive boost or anything but just notice I am, most times, feeling more up to getting some things done later in the day, when I couldn't before. I'm using a couple along with a couple of the focus

Surprises

I did notice a bid difference on the second day. I am only up to date seven hopefully I will continue to feel good. Well worth trying this product. I couldn’t take vitamin supplements they tended to make be feel seedy.
