Love the product and especially the customer service! Top tier, 10/10 highly recommend.
I ordered a blue one a few months ago and somehow it turned color on the sides, I emailed to ask if there’s a solution to clean it. They replied back quickly and was able to send me a new one and gave me the option of choosing another color if I’d like. Thank you so much team and will be purchasing the new Black octo once it’s back in stock❤️
