I ordered a blue one a few months ago and somehow it turned color on the sides, I emailed to ask if there’s a solution to clean it. They replied back quickly and was able to send me a new one and gave me the option of choosing another color if I’d like. Good quality materials and it looks good. I do think it’s a bulkier than I’d like and if you are carrying one thick item it’s harder to take in and out than I’d like.
