It was never shipped. When I contacted them they said they would drop it to me and after following up multiple times they dropped me the wrong towel. When I asked about it they said they’d sold out of the one I ordered and obviously didn’t set one aside for me when I ordered it or when I contacted them about it. Then they stopped replying after that
