Your customer service needs an upgrade for sure. I called because I wanted to give you my DEBIT card no. over the phone (versus entering it online and versus using my credit card). The lady I spoke to wasn't very nice and stated "I can take it, but it goes through a computer anyway." Really? That's your best response to a paying customer? How about responding with "I'd be happy to help you." I ended up using my credit card online, not the DEBIT card I would have preferred using. Poor customer service!

Actually it was a gift card
I don’t know what my son even bought !! But I can say the customer service was excellent !!!
