My freeze dryer glitched, and wouldn’t start, I couldn’t get the screen to go past the Blue Alpine logo. I placed a call to Blue Alpine on a Tuesday afternoon. Thursday afternoon I had a new circuit board delivered, I followed a video they sent me on how to replace it, and by late Thursday afternoon, my machine was up and running. Customer service just doesn’t get better than that.
