Terrible shipping

Placed my order December 21 and it hasn’t even shipped yet let alone been delivered. Update . It took a little over a week after I emailed customer service until they answered me but one they did they expedited shipment on another pair of boots as mine were lost in transit

I love love love these boots

They are beautiful and comfortable and just the right steampunk aesthetic I have wanted for a while. I'm now ready to take on the world with my automaton army. Customer service was very helpful although a bit slow in responding.

...I see comfort and style and fabulous colour! Its not my first purchase of Simon and most likely won't be my last! I've had 2 pairs of AS98 shoes for the past 5 years. Without exception they are my favorite shoes/boots. I couldn't have bought them though without your generous sale so thank you for that. Also delivery was ace which is important these days outside of A....n. Now it's between Rexana and Saunder but both of them are out of stock in my size. I love love the cowboy type boots but I can't do heels any higher than the Simon's anymore. So in summary, I love AS98 boots and hopefully will continue to be able to purchase the odd pair in the future.
