Customer service is prompt and efficient. I stated that I didn’t have a printer so receiving the prepaid return label was problematic. The FedEx driver was wonderful and took a picture of my label and processed the return for me. Very kind. I love the shoes although they’re a little bit too wide in the heel but that’s my feet not the shoes. They’re comfortable and adorable
