High Quality Turkey and Great Customer Service

The customer service won me over from the start. When we were in a pinch, they got our first shipment out immediately, and I was genuinely grateful for the help. What keeps us coming back is the quality of the turkey. The meat is incredibly tender. I can literally pull it apart with my fingers and it always smells fresh when opened. We food prep and freeze portions, and even after 45 days in the freezer, it still smells fresh when thawed. The consistency is remarkable, and it’s clear these birds are raised with care bcz the quality shows in every order. We continue to be impressed by how different it is from typical turkey.

Received the breast. It was half frozen and half refrigerated I think. I went an ahead and froze it. So it’s just that some specific instructions would be helpful. Was it frozen enough to freeze again! Also, went I did take it out to thaw, how can I tell if it’s thawed in the center. I thought it was thawed but when I roasted it, the center temperature was not high enough so I cooked it for another 26 or so minutes. Then the whole breast was dry. So I would like to try again but can’t guarantee I can eat it the day I get it so I want the option to freeze it. Instructions, suggestions, tips would be helpful.
