Delicious!
Boy, I love this stuff! I can't do coffee or tea because of GERD. I was stuck drinking herbal tea until I found Kamana. And it's better than I could have hoped. It tastes so good, with hints of caramel and chocolate. It has a lovely, slightly sweet earthiness to it. And it seems to give me a little bump of energy. I'd choose this over coffee any day.

This is my new coffee
I was a coffee snob for years. I had all the gadgets, ground my own beans, etc. I used to drink it black, first thing in the morning. Then my stomach decided it was not taking that kind of abuse anymore and I had to really scale back. I have been on a quest for a couple years trying all sorts of coffee alternatives. Mushroom coffee, chicory, burdock and dandelion root, etc. You name it, I tried it. Each had some positives, but none of those compare to Kamana. I brew Kamana in the chemex just like I used to with my old coffee. I add a splash of milk. It has a nutty, chocolatey taste like coffee, with the most subtle hint of the bitterness of coffee, but not in a bad way. I don't even miss coffee anymore. If you love coffee, and are on the fence, give this a try.
