I bought a Crystalift microdermabrasion machine years ago from Neiman Marcus, and it was great. Recently, I needed to replace it. I contacted Renew Lab to inquire about ordering a new machine. When I was placing the order, the representative offered the option of having it customized for more powerful microdermabrasion. I gladly accepted this option, and my new machine is even better than my old one! It’s only been a few weeks, but so far, I am very pleased with my purchase!

I love the product but

The crystals have to be repurchased as does the collection bin. I think that ridiculous. The collection bin should at least have the ability to be emptied. Especially since the waist bin only holds 4 sessions.

Its not for me

To time consuming and not worth the money
