Green Algae in the water

I would have given it a higher rating had it not been with my last conversation with an employee. I had some green algae growing out of an unopened bottle - not for the first time!! So I asked to exchange the bottle, which the driver accommodated very kindly. That same day I got a text asking what was wrong with the bottle I sent back. I told them green algae growth. They responded : “ Great, thank you! We typically don't refund or exchange for algae, so if one was offered today, please be advised that that was a one time courtesy :)” I was absolutely shocked! Them ensued a back and forth that it sometimes happens and that I could water my plants with it or boil it for tea or coffee because they have no control of how it is stored once it leaves their possession… still trying to to wrap my head around it and figure out if I will continue with the deliveries

Love the water! Delivery and customer service has been great. Have had some issues with some of the full water bottles growing algae even though they’re all covered. Was told changes are being made with quality control.

This is probably one of the best Water Delivery services period!! since my family has started using it. We have noticed a huge difference in our levels of hydration, skin and just feeling good in general. Anytime you can drink living water, it's a true gift so thank you for providing that!
