Great Customer Service

I wanted to wait to do my rating until after everything was finalized. I initially purchased a replacement lid in addition to the smooth sip slider and was sent the wrong lid. The good news was after I submitted my customer service ticket, they were prompt with my refund since they didn't have that lid in stock. To my surprise, a few weeks later the correct lid showed up out of the blue. I will forever be a owala lifer and have since converted my wife to their products. Thank you Owala and your customer service crew. They were amazing! 10/10

Sip N Slide

These coffee mugs are great! My husband loves his, he was a yeti mug now he only uses this. I don’t drink coffee, I use mine for my electrolytes after my morning walk. It is the perfect size!
