I’ve been to almost every Foxtail in Orlando

Foxtail has the best coffee. It is always of consistent quality and taste. I will literally drive 30 minutes off my route to grab a Foxtail. For example, if you are traveling between Tampa and Orlando and are craving a Foxtail right around the Lakeland exits, you can head south along Kathleen Rd and Presto, there is a Foxtail. I’ve done it many times. Sure it’s a little bit off your route but it’s worth it!

Staff and location were great

The staff were wonderful and the coffee great as always. I was stuck in a meeting while waiting for my order. The barista noticed that and instead of leaving it on the counter to be picked up brought it over. The only thing is please update the app to allow using Apple wallet for payments from the app. If you’re in a location with poor service (as most indoor locations have) pulling up scan to pay is painfully slow or doesn’t work at times.

Gift card order

I needed help with the gift card . Foxtail literally responded in seconds and I had repeat emails . They walked me through every detail ! Absolutely amazing and kind !
