A unique pirate RPG that has elements of Guitar Hero!

Different

A pirate-metal rhythm adventure: you sail a Zelda-style map, recruit a crew, then fight by hitting four-note shanties on the D-pad and face buttons. The chiptune metal is the star. Game Boy audio doing work it shouldn’t be able to do, while the overworld wandering takes more time than the battles. Weird, catchy, and more ambitious than a handheld rhythm game has any right to be.
